Hailin Automobile Rubber and Plastic Product CO., LTD has a history
of more than 20 years of manufacturing rubber and plastic products.
The company has been able to develop and produce multi series and
varieties of combination parts of car engines, car lights, vehicle
sealing parts, parts for car internal trim system and systematic combination
parts for the body of a vehicle with an annual output of more 20 million
pieces of various rubber and plastic products. It has become the A
level supplier of SVW and other well-known Chinese companies of automobile
combination parts. Meanwhile, Hailin also exports products to Germany,
United States, Britain and other countrys.
With such a fine geographic position south to shanghai and east to
the Yellow Sea, our company locates in Haimen, Jiangsu, the national
model city of environmental protection, famous for its pleasant weather,
elegant environment and convenient transportation.
With a total area of 50,000 square meters including a floor area of
30,000 square meters and a total capital fund of 80 millions, the
company has 280 staff members and workers of whom 62 are professional
technical personnel. Besides it possesses more than 100 units of manufacturing
and testing facilities and has established CAD/CAM center and separate
labs, and set up Nantong Research Center of Rubber and Plastic Products
and Mould Engineering Technology. In the second half of the year 2003,
Shanghai Hailin Rubber and Plastic products Co, Ltd. has been formally
set up. It has become the center of technology development and information
exchange for our company in Shanghai. In order to gain more technical
innovation and development and promote our competitive ability, we
has established close and long term cooperative relationship with
many scientific and technical institutions and begun to set up Nantong
Zhongtian Rubber and Plastic products Co, Ltd. in 2006.
Our company has a perfect quality guarantee system. We passed ISO-9002
Quality Assurance System Attestation in 1997 and QS-9000 and VDA 6.1
Quality System Certification respectively in 1999 and 2000. Our company
consistently aims at promoting the company itself and keeping the
pace with the world, and in order to provide better service for our
clients, we passed ISO/TS16949:2002 Quality Assurance System Attestation
in 2005.
Thanks to Hailin people¨s joint efforts, the company has been conferred
many honorable titles such as Nantong City Star Enterprise, Jiangsu
Provincial New Hi-tech Enterprise, Haimen Key Enterprise for New Material
Industry Base under the State Torch Scheme, State Key New Hi-tech
