Mold Equipment |
In order to enhance the competitive power, our company invest large
fund on the introduction of moulding equipment and technicians. At
present, the company has 4 CNC milling machines , 4 EDM and Wire-cut
machines. It is those advanced processing equipment that provide sufficient
hardware resources for developing various moulds, so as to shorten
the lead time of developing,and reduce the developing cost.
We have continuously improve the software for mold manufacturing from
HP Working Station in 1998, Pro-E mold designing software in 1999,
to UG in 2000. Cimatron and other advanced software in CAM center
have been widely used. After 8 years of practice, we have showed our
power in the field of CAD/CAM.
